However, even the most experienced technician runs into a problem from time to time. 

Fix Sewing Machines Institute provides detailed comprehensive support to enable you to succeed day to day in the real world of sewing machine repair.  Our expert certified technicians are here to answer your questions, help you diagnose problems, guide you through complicated repairs, and help you succeed.   Professional consultation is crucial for success in any endeavor, and the AdvancedTechnical Support Program gives you that support.

Our technical support website continues to  evolve providing real answers to your challenges:  tips, tricks, videos, and resources.  An experienced technician is available by email, phone, text, video skype,  or facetime to personally walk you through your challenges.  

Graduates of the Three Day Live Institute receive their first six months free.  Graduates may extend their Advanced Technical Support program for as long as they wish.

You may need help with industrial machines, long arm quilters, multi-needle embroidery systems, combo machines, specialty machines, common home machines; in any case you can depend on our Advance Technical Support Program for your answers.
