Sewing Machine Repair
Training Opportunity
Upon
completion of the Certification Program, candidates will be
invited to participate in an additional hand on training
opportunity at our National Sewing Machine Repair Center
located in Killeen, Texas.
This will
provide graduates with the opportunity for additional practice
with a wide range of sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery
machines.
Our expert
technicians will be available to answer questions, offer
suggestions, and assist participants in fine tuning their
sewing machine repair skills.
This program
is intentionally designed to be informal and highly
personalized.
 
In sewing
machine repair courses where a group of participents spend one
or two days on a single sewing machine, there is a lot of
wasted time waiting for the group members to move from one step
to the next step and then the next. Since our graduates will already
have serviced over a dozen machines and have developed the
essential foundations, skills, and understandings; our program
is designed for one participant at a time to deal with that
individual's needs.
The
participant will have opportunity to observe a real life
service center in operation and expert technicians in their
daily routine.
The
participant will have opportunity to work on machines under the
direction and supervision of skilled technicians.
The
participant will have opportunity to ask questions and get
practical answers that will enable continued long term
success.
This program
is not a requirement of the certification program, but it is a
valuable extension of the program.
